Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphedema Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of

lymphatic fluid and support the body’s natural detoxification process. By using light, rhythmic hand movements, MLD encourages proper lymph circulation, reduces swelling, and promotes healing. Unlike traditional massage, MLD focuses specifically on the lymphatic system to improve fluid balance and enhance immune function.
